Description
The abandoned village of Gamsutl is one of the most famous sights of Dagestan. An amazing and atmospheric place. This place is also called the "dead city" and "Dagestan Machu Picchu".
The Saltinsky waterfall is often called "underground", although in fact, this is not entirely true. The Saltinka River flows through the beautiful Kudalinsky Canyon, falling into the ground in one place, literally. The flow of water passes through a round hole in the walls of the cave.
